Dancing With God
When I meditated on the word Guidance, I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word. I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing. When two people try to lead, nothing feels right. The movement doesn't flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky. When one person realizes that and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music. One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing lightly in one direction or another. It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully. The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle guidance and skill from the other. My eyes drew back to the word Guidance.
When I saw "Guidance: I thought… "God, "u" and "i" "dance." As I lowered my head I once again became willing to trust that I would get guidance about my life. Once again, I was eager to let God lead.
My prayer for you today is that God's blessings and mercies are upon you on this day and everyday. May you abide in God as God abides in you? Dance together with God, trusting God to lead and to guide you through each season of your life. This prayer is powerful and there is nothing attached.

The Esthers

I've been endlessly having the upcoming event, The Esther Call in Dallas, TX with Lou Engle in mind. For years, God had given me these motherly qualities, which I thought were  normal for a girl...especially one who loves children and has worked with youth for years! I went to the Jesus Culture Awakening Conference with my pastor, other staff, ministers, and friends and it was my first time hearing Cindy Jacobs. It was my first time feeling a connection and some sense to this whole "mother" thing. 


 After time in prayer God told me it was a special anointing, which is also why I've been able to "have a way" with young girls. One Monday night, at my church's soaking prayer service, my pastor called me out and said that God pressed upon him to pray a Mordecai anointing over me. Within the time of him and other elders and staff of the church praying over me, God was sort of "downloading" meaning into me. He had put me in positions that he has to be able to raise up Esthers. WOW! What a responsibility! 
My pastors wife, who is like another mom to me, was a calming voice and a lead to sort alot of things out with that and stayed with me praying and continued to help me understand. From that moment, I have prayed for the Esthers in and out of my reach to rise up! These children of God will be what changes mindsets, cultures, and even nations. So to the Esthers:

Rise up and take your places! Shake the nations! Trees bow and mountains crumble at the glory of God within you. You have been appointed by the Lord most high! You are to go into places no one else can or will go. Principalities will be striped from their self declared thrones and the grips of strongholds will be  broken. Walk the steps set before you and don't be afraid to follow them. It is a set up. You've been set up by God! =) He walks with you. Your prayers will shake this world You are the breath between God's
